Footer should be always fixed to the bottom, though you may need to use margins at the bottom element.

Create EditNewsForm. Add actions to handle edit events. Create reducer to swap the new and the old data.

Extract the add news form to a new file. Create deleteNews action, and connect it to the news list as a Delete button.
